Zay Eye Solutions provides AI process-optimization consulting. We help your firm apply AI to how work flows: finding information, moving documents, generating reports, capturing knowledge.

We do not provide licensed professional engineering services. No stamped drawings, no calculations, no engineering deliverables, and nothing we produce should be treated as engineering work product. If your project needs an engineer's judgment, it needs your engineer — our systems exist to hand that engineer better information, faster.

We state this plainly because our buyers are technical people who value precision. The line matters, and we hold it.

Human-in-the-loop, by design

Every system we build places AI output in front of a person before it becomes a decision. This is not a policy we promise — it is how the systems are architected. The AI fills a seat a human could sit in; your team reviews and owns everything it produces, and you can always put a person back in that seat.

Your data

• Confidential handling is contractual on every engagement — NDA before we see anything.
• We build systems that run where you decide. When the work is sensitive, that can mean entirely on your own infrastructure, with no data leaving your control.
• What we encode from your firm — standards, templates, judgment — is yours. We don't reuse one client's material for another. Ever.
