The founder

A civil engineer with hands-on, contractor-side design-build delivery experience in water and wastewater — the person who has sat in the coordination meetings, chased the RFI, and assembled the owner report from four systems at 6 p.m. And, separately earned: the ability to design, build, and deploy real AI systems, not just recommend them.

That combination is the whole pitch. When we map your workflow, you don't have to explain what a submittal is. When we build the tool, nobody else is subcontracted to build it.
